How to Cook the Perfect Wagyu Steak!

  • Bring the steak to room temperature for 30-60 minutes before cooking

  • Keep the seasonings simple

    • Salt and pepper are our go-to!

  • Use a cast-iron skillet on a grill or a griddle grill

    • Avoid an open flame as the meat has a high fat content so it is highly flammable

  • Aim for medium rare for the best outcome

    • 135ºF for optimal tenderness and flavor

  • Let rest for 3-5 minutes after cooking
